The main difference of the PawLounge is what is not easily visible in a photo: its internal construction.
The base, backrest, and sides create a structured support system with foam material, while the zippered covers make care significantly more practical for everyday use.
The difference is hidden beneath the fabric
Many inexpensive pet beds rely primarily on loose, soft filling. Initially, they look fluffy, but when the animal lies down, they compress significantly, and the body quickly approaches the floor.
The PawLounge Small has a different philosophy. The resting surface is based on dense foam material that resists excessive compression, creating a more stable and supportive base.

To better protect it during transport and significantly reduce the package volume, the PawLounge Small is vacuum-packed.
Because dense foam can remain compressed for a long time during transport, it is absolutely normal for the product to appear flatter, wrinkled, or less full than its final form immediately after opening. This does not mean the product is defective.
Most importantly: help the foam breathe again
Fully open the PawLounge and repeatedly press with your hands the base, backrest, and sides. Don't be afraid to apply firm pressure to the foam material: compression and rebound help the foam begin to breathe again and gradually regain its volume and elasticity.
Repeat the process in different areas and leave the product in an open, well-ventilated space. Normal use by the pet—as it gets on, lies down, and changes position—also helps the foam move and recover.
Fully open the product
Remove all packaging and fully unfold the PawLounge so that all foam sections are free.
Press and work the foam
Firmly and repeatedly press the base, backrest, and sides so that the compressed foam begins to breathe again.
Shape back and sides
With your hands, gradually restore the shape of the armrests and backrest as the foam material gains more volume.
Give it time
Recovery is gradual. In most cases, it takes approximately 24–48 hours to approach its normal shape.

Is it enough to just leave it for 48 hours?

Is the cover removable?

Does the bottom slide on tiles?

How does it convert into a large bed?
