The main warehouses and primary logistics operations of wox.gr are located in Athens. From there, a large part of storage, inventory management, and distribution of orders is organized.
The logistics facilities in Athens primarily handle internal company processes, collaborations with marketplaces, order preparation, and distribution through partner courier networks.
For this reason, the Athens warehouses do not operate as a physical retail store and are not a customer pick-up point.
The only warehouse accessible for customer pick-ups is located in Patras. Pick-ups from the Patras warehouse are made by prior arrangement only and after confirmation that the order is available and ready for delivery.
