The main warehouses and core logistics processes of wox.gr are located in Athens. A large part of storage, inventory management, and order distribution is organized from there.
The logistics facilities in Athens primarily serve internal company processes, collaborations with marketplaces, order preparation, and distribution through partner courier and transport networks.
For this reason, the Athens warehouses do not function as a physical retail store and are not a customer pickup point.
The warehouse available for customer pickups is located in Patras. Pickups are made only by prior arrangement and after confirmation that the order is available and ready for delivery.
