Shipping Methods

At wox.gr, we ship your orders quickly and securely, through organized courier partners.

We collaborate with ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki, Speedex, and BOX NOW, offering shipments with tracking, clear updates, and better delivery control.

We do not use traditional transport companies

At wox.gr, we opt for shipments via courier and organized distribution networks, even for large or heavy parcels where feasible.

This way, the customer gets a tracking number, better information on the parcel's progress, and faster delivery, without the uncertainty often associated with traditional transport companies.

Important: When a product is listed as «In Stock», it is available for immediate processing. Orders for available products completed on business days by 15:00 are shipped, where feasible, on the same day.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout, depending on weight, volume, delivery area, and payment method.

For large or heavy items, the cheapest options usually appear for pre-paid orders, such as Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki Cargo.

Delivery times

• ACS: usually 1–3 business days, depending on the area.
• Geniki Taxydromiki: usually 1–3 business days, depending on the area and the parcel.
• Speedex: usually 1–3 business days, with particularly advantageous options for large parcels.
• BOX NOW: usually 1–2 business days, with locker pickup.
• In remote or inaccessible areas, delivery time may be longer.

Large or heavy items

For large or heavy products, we recommend choosing prepayment, as it may show significantly cheaper shipping costs at checkout.

Speedex and Geniki Taxydromiki Cargo options offer more economical shipping, with tracking and better visibility of the parcel's progress.

Order tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number, where supported by the courier company, so you can track the progress of your parcel online.

Address change or failed delivery

• For address changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
• If the order has already been shipped, the change depends on the courier company and the shipping stage.
• If delivery is not completed, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse after a limited period.

Parcel inspection upon receipt

• Check the external packaging before accepting.
• In case of visible damage, ask the courier to note it during delivery.
• Contact us immediately, ideally within 48 hours, so we can guide you.

Peak periods: During periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or days of increased order volume, there may be slight delays from courier companies.
