We partner with ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki, Speedex and BOX NOW, to offer reliable delivery, tracking capabilities, and options for different package types.
We prefer organized courier networks
We choose couriers and organized distribution networks even for quite large or heavy parcels, wherever practical.
This ensures better information about the shipment's progress, tracking capability, and a more organized delivery process.
ACS Courier
For small and medium packages, with cash on delivery option where supported.
Geniki Taxydromiki
Shipments throughout Greece, with additional economical solutions for large pre-paid packages.
Speedex
A particularly useful option for large or heavy packages, primarily for pre-paid orders.
BOX NOW
Pick up from locker 24/7 for pre-paid orders that fit into the available compartments.
Immediate shipping: When a product is shown as "In Stock", it is available for immediate processing. Orders for available products placed on working days up to 14:00 are shipped the same day where possible.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on weight, volume, delivery area, and available shipping options.
The final cost is displayed before you complete your order, so you know the shipping charge in advance.
Estimated delivery times
In remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery times may be longer.
Large or heavy items
For large or heavy products, the prepayment option may show significantly more economical shipping options compared to cash on delivery.
Depending on the product and destination, options such as Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki Cargo may be available. The actually available options and the final cost are displayed at checkout.
Shipment tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive shipping details and can track the progress of your package.

If a change in delivery address is needed, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been handed over to the courier, the possibility of change depends on the shipment stage and the policy of the respective company.
Failed delivery
If the courier fails to complete the delivery, they may attempt a new delivery or temporarily hold the package at a local store.
If the shipment is not received, the package may eventually be returned to our warehouse.
Package inspection upon receipt
- Check the external packaging upon receipt.
- In case of visibly damaged packaging, inform the courier before delivery is completed.
- If you find damage or a problem, contact us as soon as possible and keep photos of the packaging and the product.
Change of delivery address
If a change in delivery address is needed, please contact us as soon as possible.
