At wox.gr, we process orders quickly so that they are dispatched as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
When can an order be cancelled?
Cancellation is possible provided the order has not been shipped and the preparation process has not been completed.
Since many orders are shipped the same day, especially for products that are In Stock, it is important to notify us immediately.
How to request a cancellation
You can request a cancellation electronically, through your account, provided the order has not been shipped or its preparation has not been completed.

For faster service: Please always include your order number and the full name under which the order was placed.
Orders that have already been shipped
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled as an order. In this case, you can follow the return or withdrawal procedure, according to wox.gr's Return Policy.
Refund after cancellation
If the order is eligible for cancellation and has already been paid for, we will proceed with a refund.
The refund is made, where possible, using the same payment method. The time it takes for the amount to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
Special cases
- Special order or customized products may not be cancelled once their procurement or preparation process has begun.
- wox.gr may cancel an order in case of unavailability, technical error, payment problem, or incorrect price entry.
- In all cases, we inform the customer as soon as possible.
