To submit a request, click the «Returns / Withdrawal» link at the bottom of our website and sign in using the email address you used for your order.
You may submit a return request within 14 days of the delivery date. For orders that have not yet been shipped, you may submit a cancellation request until dispatch is completed.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an incorrect shipment, a defective product, or another circumstance for which wox.gr is at fault.
6.1 Conditions for exercising the right
You have fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from any purchase you may have made through our online store, without having to state a reason or provide any explanation for your wish to return the product or products.
The aforementioned fourteen (14) calendar-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal begins on the day after the day on which you, or a person other than the carrier whom you may have designated to receive your products, takes physical possession of the products.
If you have ordered more than one product in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal begins on the day after the day on which you, or a person other than the carrier whom you may have designated to receive your products, takes physical possession of the last item.
In all cases, if the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
6.2 Procedure for exercising the right
To exercise the right of withdrawal set out in Article 6.1 above, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract we have entered into before the withdrawal period expires, as specified above, by means of a clear statement, which you may submit in one of the following ways:
- online, via the “Returns / Withdrawal” link at the bottom of our website,
- by email to info@wox.gr,
- via the “Contact” section on our website,
- by contacting the Company’s Customer Service department by telephone.
When you submit a withdrawal request online, our Company will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your request to the email address you provided when completing your order.
6.3 Consumer obligations upon withdrawal
To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send us your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires, in accordance with these terms.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal as set out above, you must return the product you are withdrawing from purchasing promptly, without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the sales contract.
The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the products back before the fourteen (14) calendar-day period expires. Products must be returned only to the address of our Company specified in these terms or to the address provided by our Company when processing the return request.
By law, when exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for proving to us that you exercised it within the applicable deadline—that is, the date on which the withdrawal request was submitted to our Company—so that the statutory deadlines under these terms and the law can be calculated.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products you are withdrawing from purchasing. The cost depends on the rates of the courier or freight company you choose, unless the return is due to an incorrect shipment, a defective product, or another circumstance for which wox.gr is at fault.
By law, the buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. To establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, the buyer must handle and inspect them in the same way as would be permitted in a physical store, and no more than that.
For a return to be accepted, the product collected by the Company must meet all of the following conditions:
- it must be in the condition in which it was received,
- if its original packaging has been opened, the packaging must be intact, with no damage or tears, and returned with the product,
- it must be complete,
- it must be accompanied by all documents, accessories, components, and receipts that came with the product upon delivery.
If the product is not accompanied by its receipts, the Company may be unable to match it to a specific order.
The Company reserves the right to inspect the condition of returned products. If products are dirty, damaged, scratched, creased, incompletely packaged, or otherwise show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, the Company may reduce the refund amount in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
6.4 Company obligations
Subject to the express provisions of these terms, if you withdraw from a purchase as set out herein, we will refund the amounts we received from you, including any initial delivery costs, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice to use a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
The refund will be issued without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different refund method. In any event, you will not incur any fees for the refund.
In particular, if you paid cash on delivery for the product you are withdrawing from purchasing, the refund will be made by crediting the bank account details you provide when exercising your right of withdrawal. If payment was made via PayPal or another electronic payment method, the refund will be issued, where technically feasible, to the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
You have the right, but not the obligation, to choose, as an alternative to a refund, to have the corresponding amount credited to your account in our online store, if this option is available and you expressly request it in your communication regarding your withdrawal.
6.5 Returning products due to withdrawal
If you withdraw as set out above, please note that any products purchased as part of an offer, gift, or discount linked to the purchase of the product you are withdrawing from must be returned together with the main product, if their return is required to complete the withdrawal process under the terms of the relevant offer.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products you return resulting from handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Consumers must handle each product they receive in the same way as they would handle and inspect it in a physical store, in order to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
All products must be returned in good overall condition, clean, and with the accessories, components, documents, and packaging that accompanied them upon delivery. The returned product must also be accompanied by all the required receipts you received with it.
Consumers may be liable for a reduction in the value of a product if their handling of it exceeds what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Products returned without packaging, with damaged packaging, missing parts, damage, or signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount, in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
6.6 Cases in which the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases exempted under applicable law.
For example, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if unsealed after delivery, such as cosmetics, personal care products, and underwear, if their packaging has been unsealed.
The right of withdrawal may also not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized products, as well as in any other case provided for by applicable law.
