6. WITHDRAWAL
6.1 Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from any purchase made through our online store, without having to justify or explain your decision to return the product(s) (unjustified withdrawal).
This fourteen-day period starts on the day following the day on which you receive the goods or on the day on which a designated person (other than the carrier) receives the goods on your behalf. If you have ordered several products in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on the day on which you or the designated person receives the last product. If the deadline falls on a weekend or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Consumer obligations upon withdrawal:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send us your withdrawal notice before the deadline has expired. You agree that the withdrawal notice is deemed to have been received on the next business day after it is sent to us.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product(s) without undue delay and within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. You must return the product(s) to our designated address.
Returned products must be in the same condition as received, including intact original packaging, completeness and all accompanying documents.
The Company does not accept products returned upon withdrawal if they show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Company Obligations:
Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the choice of delivery method). The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the withdrawal notification.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise. If the original payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
We may delay your refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide proof of shipping, whichever comes first.
You have the option to request a credit to your online store account instead of a refund, provided you explicitly mention this in the withdrawal communication.
Return of products due to withdrawal:
When returning products due to withdrawal, you must also return any products you purchased at a discount associated with the product you are withdrawing from. Failure to return these additional products will result in the right of withdrawal not being exercised.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Products must be returned in good condition, accompanied by all necessary documents. Footwear must be tested on soft surfaces.
Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics and underwear if their packaging has been unsealed for health and safety reasons.
