Returns / Withdrawals
At wox.gr, we want your shopping experience to be simple, clear, and stress-free. If for any reason you wish to return a product, exercise your right of withdrawal, or request a cancellation of an order that has not yet been shipped, you can follow the process below.

Review by our team
The wox.gr team reviews the request and guides you through the next steps.
Product return
You return the product in the condition you received it, with its packaging, accessories, and accompanying documents.
Process completion
Once we receive and inspect the product, we proceed according to wox.gr's Return Policy.
Withdrawal period
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law and wox.gr's Return Policy.
If you have received multiple products in different shipments, the deadline starts from the receipt of the last product of the order.

Return cost
The return cost is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to incorrect shipment, a defective product, or other fault of wox.gr.
Refund
Refunds are made, where technically feasible, using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The time it takes for the amount to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Product condition
For the return to be completed correctly, the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, complete, clean, and with all accompanying accessories, parts, documents, and packaging.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the product's value if its use or handling exceeds what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and function.
Order cancellations
For orders that have not yet been shipped, you can submit a cancellation request via the same "Returns / Withdrawals" link or contact us directly.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you can follow the return or withdrawal process.
