These Terms define the basic rules for using the online store wox.gr, as well as the terms governing orders, purchases, and transactions made through it.

wox.gr is the online store of VSL-STORES E.E. and offers products for sale online.
The terms "wox.gr", "wox", "Company", "we", "us" and "our" refer to VSL-STORES E.E., while the terms "User", "Customer", "Consumer", "you" and "your" refer to the visitor or customer of the online store, as the case may be.
Accessing, browsing and using the online store, as well as placing an order through it, presuppose your acceptance of these Terms to the extent that they apply to your respective activity.
If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the specific service or feature to which that term refers.
Use of the online store
wox.gr is provided for legal personal and commercially legitimate use. The User must use the website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and good faith.
The following are especially prohibited:
- using the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes,
- attempting unauthorized access to systems or data,
- introducing malicious code, viruses or other harmful software,
- hindering or disrupting the smooth operation of the online store,

Customer account
Certain services of the online store allow or require customer identification through the customer account system provided by the Shopify platform.
Login can be done through the customer's email and the respective secure verification mechanism provided by the system.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and must keep access secure to the email and devices used for identification.
Products, information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, features, photos, prices and other product information are accurate and up-to-date.
However, technical, typographical or other obvious errors may occur. In such a case, we reserve the right to correct the relevant information and, if the error concerns an already submitted order, to contact you before its execution.
The display of a product in the online store does not constitute a guarantee of its continuous availability. Availability may change until the final processing of the order.
Orders and conclusion of contract
To place an order, you select the products you want, add them to the cart and complete the required checkout steps, providing the necessary information for payment, invoicing and delivery.
Before final submission of the order, you have the ability to review its basic details and correct any errors.
Receiving an automated email confirming that we have received your order does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted by the Company, when a prior check of availability, price or payment is required.
The Company may contact you in case of availability issues, obvious errors, payment problems or other issues preventing the correct execution of the order.
Prices and charges
Product prices are displayed in euros and, where applicable, include the corresponding VAT.
Any shipping costs, cash on delivery charges or other legal additional charges are displayed to the customer before the final completion of the order.
In the event of an obvious and substantial error in the stated price, the Company may contact you before the order is shipped to inform you and give you the opportunity to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order.
Payments and transaction security
Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the order, shipping method, amount or payment services available at that specific time.
Online payments are made through the secure systems and payment providers activated in the online store.
wox.gr does not store the full number or security code of the customer's credit or debit card. The relevant details are processed by the corresponding authorized payment providers.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped via partner courier companies, transport companies, pick-up networks or other available shipping methods displayed during purchase.
Estimated delivery times may be affected by destination, shipment size or weight, availability, carrier, extreme weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Where pickup from a Company facility is possible, pickup is carried out according to the instructions and prior confirmation provided to the customer.
Cancellation, returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers making a distance purchase have the right of withdrawal provided for by applicable law, with the legal conditions and exceptions.
As a rule, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within fourteen (14) calendar days, as specifically described in the Returns Policy and on the Returns / Withdrawal page of wox.gr.
The customer can submit a relevant request electronically through the available customer account system.
Defective products and legal warranty
Consumer rights in the event of a product not conforming to the sales contract are governed by the applicable Greek and European legislation.
If a product has a problem, the customer can contact the Company so that the case can be examined and, where the legal conditions are met, their foreseen rights can be applied.
Any commercial or additional warranty provided for a specific product does not limit the rights granted to the consumer by law.
Commercial communications
Subscription to newsletters or other promotional communications is independent of making a purchase or creating a customer account.
Where consent is required by applicable law, promotional communications are sent only after the user's corresponding selection.
The user can at any time stop receiving promotional emails via the unsubscribe link included in the relevant messages or by contacting us.

The Company may update these Terms when required due to changes in legislation, services, online store functionalities or business processes.
The current version is published on wox.gr and indicates the date of the last update.
Any changes do not apply retroactively to already completed transactions to the extent that such is not permitted by law.
Applicable law and dispute resolution

In case of a dispute, the customer may initially contact the Company to attempt an amicable and immediate resolution.

Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
Any non-exercise or delay in exercising a right by the Company does not constitute a waiver of that specific right.
