Terms of Use of wox.gr
These Terms set out the basic rules for using the wox.gr online store, as well as the terms governing orders, purchases, and transactions made through it.

wox.gr is the online store of VSL-STORES E.E. and offers products for sale online.
The terms “wox.gr,” “wox,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VSL-STORES E.E., while the terms “User,” “Customer,” “Consumer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the visitor or customer of the online store, as applicable.
Accessing, browsing, and using the online store, as well as placing an order through it, is subject to your acceptance of these Terms to the extent they apply to your particular activity.
If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the specific service or feature to which that term applies.

wox.gr is provided for lawful personal use and legitimate commercial use. Users must use the website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and good faith.

Customer account

Sign-in may be completed using the customer's email address and the applicable secure verification mechanism provided by the system.

The appearance of a product in the online store does not guarantee its continued availability. Availability may change until the order has been finally processed.
Orders and conclusion of contract
To place an order, select the products you want, add them to your cart, and complete the required checkout steps, providing the information necessary for payment, invoicing, and delivery.
Before finally submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review its key details and correct any errors.
Receiving an automated email confirming that we have received your order does not, by itself, mean that the Company has accepted the order, where availability, price, or payment must first be checked.
The Company may contact you if there is an availability issue, an obvious error, a payment problem, or another issue that prevents the order from being properly fulfilled.
Prices and charges
Product prices are displayed in euros and, where applicable, include the relevant VAT.
Any shipping costs, cash-on-delivery fees, or other lawful additional charges are shown to the customer before the order is finally completed.
In the event of an obvious and material error in the displayed price, the Company may contact you before the order is shipped to inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Payments and transaction security
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the order, shipping method, amount, or payment services available at the time.
Online payments are processed through the secure payment systems and providers enabled in the online store.
wox.gr does not store the customer's full credit or debit card number or security code. The relevant details are processed by the respective authorized payment providers.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by the destination, the size or weight of the shipment, availability, the carrier, extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Where pickup from a Company facility is available, pickup is carried out in accordance with the instructions and prior confirmation provided to the customer.
Cancellation, returns, and right of withdrawal
Consumers who make a distance purchase have the right of withdrawal provided by applicable law, subject to the statutory conditions and exceptions.
As a general rule, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within fourteen (14) calendar days, as further described in the Returns Policy and on the Returns / Withdrawal page of wox.gr.
Customers may submit a request online through the available customer account system.
Defective products and statutory warranty
Consumer rights in the event that a product does not conform to the sales contract are governed by the applicable Greek and European legislation in force at the time.
If a product develops a problem, customers may contact the Company so that the matter can be examined and their applicable rights upheld where the legal requirements are met.
Any commercial or additional warranty provided for a specific product does not limit the rights granted to consumers by law.

The Company may update these Terms when required due to changes in legislation, services, online store features, or business processes.
The version in force from time to time is published on wox.gr and states the date it was last updated.
Any changes do not apply retroactively to transactions already completed to the extent that this is not permitted by law.
