At wox.gr we are committed to quality , reliability and service . This policy describes how we support you in the event of a defective product.
1) Quality Assurance
We offer genuine products from selected suppliers and check the condition & packaging before each shipment.
2) Warranty Coverage
- Coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship .
- The duration and terms of the warranty may vary by product/manufacturer and are listed on the product page or in the packaging leaflet.
- The service is carried out in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
3) What is not covered
- Damage from misuse/incorrect use , dropping, moisture, modifications.
- Consumption/consumables and normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow instructions for use.
4) How do I report a defect (RMA)?
Follow the steps for quick service:
- Send an email to info@wox.gr with the subject: RMA + Order No.
- Describe the problem & attach photos/videos and proof of purchase .
- Our team responds with instructions: check, possible remote resolution, or return for diagnosis.
5) Process & Times
- Preliminary review by the technical team in 1–3 business days (usually).
- We then proceed with repair , replacement or credit , depending on the diagnosis and warranty terms.
6) Metaphorical
- In case of a confirmed factory defect , shipping/return costs are covered by wox.gr.
- If no defect is found or it is a non-warranty case, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
7) Relationship with Returns
For withdrawal/exchange without damage, the Returns Policy applies (e.g. 14 days). This page only concerns guarantees/defects.
