How to report a problem or defect
To serve you quickly, please email us at info@wox.gr with the subject Warranty / RMA + Order Number.
- State the order number or the name used for purchase.
- Briefly describe the problem.
- Attach photos or videos for a quicker initial assessment.
Inspection process
Our team examines the information you send us and informs you about the next steps.
If an on-site inspection of the product is required, you will be given shipping instructions. If a problem covered by warranty is confirmed, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or another solution, depending on the case.
Warranty Shipping Costs
- In the event of a confirmed defect covered by warranty, the service process will follow the product's warranty terms.
- If no defect is found or the problem is not covered by warranty, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
