The triple-fold base unfolds forward to create a surface of up to 90 × 180cm — dimensions that approach those of an actual single bed.
How big is it really? 90 × 180cm means a total unfolded surface area of approximately 1.62m². We are not talking about an ordinary pet bed with a little extra space, but an impressively large resting area designed for large dogs, for two pets that love to lie together, or even for several smaller animals.
The Large version features a base height of approximately 15cm, a total height of about 45cm, an internal width of about 65cm, and a seat depth of about 45cm. It is a noticeably bulkier construction than the Small — not just larger in length and width.

Delivered in vacuum packaging — its true volume appears after opening
Due to the very large dimensions and volume of the foam construction, the PawLounge Large is transported compressed in vacuum packaging.
Immediately after opening, it may therefore appear significantly thinner, wrinkled, or smaller in volume than its final form. This is expected after prolonged compression and is not in itself an indication of a defect.
Actively help the large foam recover
Open and unfold the PawLounge completely. Repeatedly press the large base, backrest, and sides with your hands so that the foam material begins to take in air again.
Because the foam parts in the Large version are much larger and the base consists of three foldable sections, work on the entire surface and not just one spot. Gradually shape the back and sides and leave the product fully open in a well-ventilated area.
Open all three sections
Remove the packaging and fully unfold the triple base so that all foam sections are free.
Press the entire structure
Work firmly on the base, back, and sides so the compressed foam begins to regain its volume.
Shape the back and sides
Gradually restore the shape of the large foam sections with your hands.

Foam recovery is gradual and it may take approximately 24–48 hours to approach its normal form.
