A complete universal headrest to restore or upgrade your massage table.
The VSL Sports FlexHead combines a U-shaped face pillow and an adjustable headrest base / mechanism into a comprehensive replacement set for portable massage tables.
The VSL Sports FlexHead is a universal massage table replacement headrest, designed for standard portable massage tables with compatible headrest slots. It includes both the soft face pillow and the adjustable base with the two connection rods.
The base allows for changing the angle and position of the headrest, so it can be better adapted to the client and the session, while the U-shaped pillow provides support around the face without obstructing breathing while in a prone position.
Don't replace the entire table — just change the part that needs it
Pillow and mechanism together
The FlexHead is not just a simple replacement pillow. It includes the adjustable base / cradle to serve as a complete replacement set.
Adjusts according to the client
The mechanism allows for changing the position and tilt of the headrest, so you can find the correct support position more easily.
U-shaped face design
The center opening leaves the nose and mouth area free, while the pillow supports the face along the perimeter during the session.
Not limited only to VSL Sports tables
The FlexHead is designed as a universal solution for standard portable massage tables that use similar types of headrest slots.
Easy installation and removal
The two rods of the base slide into the corresponding table slots, allowing for quick replacement without permanently altering the equipment.
Lightweight and practical construction
This specific FlexHead version uses a PVC base, making it the practical, entry-level choice in the VSL Sports series.
A small replacement part can significantly extend the lifespan of your professional equipment.
The headrest is one of the most frequently used parts of a portable table and is subject to daily wear and tear. If your existing pillow or mechanism has worn out, there is no reason to replace the entire table.
With the FlexHead, you get a new face pillow and a new adjustable mechanism in one set, so the table remains functional and ready for the next session.
How it works
1. Insert
Insert the two rods of the base into the compatible table slots.
2. Adjust
Adjust the tilt and position of the headrest according to the client and the application.
3. Secure
Lock the mechanism in the working position before the session begins.

Universal design for most portable tables
The FlexHead is not intended exclusively for VSL Sports tables. It is designed as a universal replacement headrest for standard portable massage tables that feature compatible slots for a double-rod headrest base.
This makes it particularly useful not only as a replacement for a worn-out part, but also as a second headrest for professionals who manage more than one table.
When to replace it
Worn pillow
When the existing headrest has lost its appearance or comfort after professional use.
Mechanism issue
When the existing base does not adjust or does not stay firmly in the position you need.
Second set
Useful as a backup headrest for professional settings or mobile therapists.
