What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship your order the same day! We mainly use ACS courier, while for bulky parcels we use Veinoglou transport.
How much does shipping cost?
Our system calculates automatically when completing your order shipping costs based on the weight/volume of your order, delivery location and payment method so as to offer you the cheapest and fastest shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time mainly depends on your location. We prepare and deliver your order daily within 1-2 hours. With ACS you will receive from 1-3 working days throughout Greece, while with Veinoglou transport (for bulky parcels) it will take 2-5 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once we have prepared and dispatched your order, you will automatically receive your order number and tracking details to the email or mobile number you provided at checkout so you can track its progress.
Are some products not shipping to certain areas?
Although rare, due to various restrictions in extremely hard-to-reach areas, some products may not be shipped to those areas.
